Gift Card FAQs
e-gift cards can be purchased online via our website. These gift cards can only be redeemed on the site and in the currency in which they are purchased.
No, you will only be charged for the amount allocated to the e-gift card. There are no additional processing fees.
Yes, you can choose from one of 4 predefined values; $10, $25, $50 and $100. If you would like a higher value you can purchase multiple gift cards in the one transaction.
No, unfortunately the value of the gift card cannot be changed once the purchase is made.
They will get an email which contains the Sunnylife gift card as well as information on the card's value, the voucher code and instruction on how to redeem it.
As soon as the purchase is complete they should recieve their email.
Only on the Sunnylife website and only in the region and currency it was purchased from. It cannot be used on any other site or in any retail locations, including our own.
Sunnylife Gift Cards bought at www.sunnylife.com.au expire 3 years from the purchase date.

Step 1: Have your gift card email containing the voucher code ready.
Step 2: Shop the Sunnylife website as per usual, adding products to cart.
Step 3: When you get to the payment page in the checkout, enter the voucher code in the box asking for 'Gift card or discount code' then apply the gift card.
The full available value of the gift card will be applied to the order. In the event the order value is greater than the amount available on the gift card, you will need to pay the remaining difference.
Gift cards should be treated like cash and their details are only as secure as the email recieving them. If you lose the details or someone steals them, Sunnylife is unable to reissue or replace them. Sunnylife will not be liable for redeemed gift cards if they have been stolen.
Sunnylife gift cards, also known e gift cards entitle the holder to purchase goods equal from www.sunnylife.com.au to the value stated on the gift card or remaining after partial redemption. These gift cards are only redeemable in the region and currency they are purchased from.
After purchase, gift cards are sent direct via email to the email nominated in the checkout process. Once a gift card email is sent, we are unable to retrieve or edit it so it is important to double check the recipients email address before completing the purchase. To ensure gift card funds are secure, Sunnylife does not have the ability to resend gift cards and we do not have the ability to reissue lost gift cards.
Gift cards are partially redeemable, and any unused balance will remain on the gift card and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the gift card holder's order exceeds the amount of the gift card, the gift card holder will be required to pay for the difference in price between the value of the gift card and the retail price of the goods or services. Your Sunnylife gift card is non-refundable and non-returnable, except in accordance with your legal rights. You cannot cancel your gift card and gift cards may not be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash or other credit.
Sunnylife gift cards expire 3 years after the issue date or until no amount remains on the gift card. Any balance that remains on the gift card after expiry will not be available for use.
Sunnylife is not liable for any lost/stolen gift cards. You should treat the gift card as if it were cash. If you lose your card it will not be replaced, and you will lose any unused funds on it. If Sunnylife suspect any fraud relating to a gift card, we may refuse to redeem the gift card until we are satisfied that no fraud has occurred.
Sunnylife gift cards cannot be discounted and you cannot use a gift card to purchase further gift cards.
