On receiving my ring I found that the plastic stopper would not stay in properly so the ring kept deflating.

I cannot fault the politeness and help from their team and they sent me out a replacement immediately.

I cannot fault the quality of the ring but do think they are costly compared to others ( but I got mine in the sale with other items which covered their high delivery costs)

I have unfortunately not had time to use my new replacement (as it’s too windy here in Portugal atm) and have reduced their star ratings due to the faulty product first received.

But it does look very pretty around the pool I just hope it lasts over Summer
