I always hate bringing a beach chair and so for the past 5m7 or so years have just brought a tapestry to lay on which sometimes gets a little uncomfortable especially when trying to read socialize or tan your front side! This chair is PERFECT, easy to carry, and shockingly comfortable. I am telling all of my friends to get them. The only note is if you are an older adult with limited range of motion this chair may be hard to get in & out of
