No picnic is complete without a cheese platter. Grab a serving board and top with your favourite nibbles. Some of our go-to additions are smoked salmon, chorizo, brie, hummus, grapes + apricots, crackers and olives. These are just some of our suggestions – get creative and make it your own!

The Best Chunky Guacamole – Dairy free, Oil free, Gluten Free, Nut Free

To a large bowl, add 3 medium ripe avocados, juice of 1 lime, 2 crushed garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, ½ teaspoon chilli powder and ½ teaspoon salt to a large bowl and mash until well combined. Some chunks of avocado can remain if you’d like. Gently stir in the ½ medium red onion (finely diced), 2 chopped tomatoes and 2 tablespoons chopped chives. Garnish with lime slices and serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.

Melon, Prosciutto & Mozzarella skewers

Thread prosciutto, mozzarella and melon cubes onto small cocktail skewers and place on a serving platter. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired. Drizzle with balsamic reduction and serve immediately. Enjoy!
