Our Fulfilment Centre is working to pick, pack and fulfil your sunshine essentials as quickly as possible. Please keep an eye on your inbox for your tracking information which will be shared with you within 3 business days.

All SUNNYLiFE orders dispatch from our Fulfilment Centre based in London. Our Fulfilment Centre does not dispatch orders on weekends or Bank Holidays. We are currently unable to dispatch orders to any BFPO address. We also do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Please note that all deliveries from SUNNYLiFE are made via DPD & UPS. As these are both 3rd party businesses, SUNNYLiFE cannot be held accountable for delivery delays during their peak times.

If your order is returned to us, we are more than happy to re-send your order out to you. This will incur a £10 fee for standard delivery. Should you choose not to have your order resent, we will process a refund for you less the shipping cost paid.

Large Item Fee:

A selection of Large Item styles are available for delivery to United Kingdom addresses only and will incur a shipping fee of £‎10. The styles which will incur this fee are our Beach Umbrellas, Beach Chairs, Lounger, Poolside Lounge, Picnic Baskets, Cooler Box Sounds and Cabanas.

Free Shipping FAQ's:

Free shipping is calculated on the value of your cart, after all discounts are applied. 

Customs:

International shipments may be subject to the imposition of customs or import duties once they reach their destination. You will be liable for all of these duties and it is your sole responsibility to pay the charges to release the goods from the shipment. We are legally required to declare the full value of the shipment and will provide an invoice to customs should they require it.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.

If customs duties are refused or unpaid these will be deducted from any future refund if applicable. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country.
